Scholarships

A core part of the Great Strides Mission is to make the horse/human relationship accessible to as many people as possible. To accomplish this, we are always looking for resources for scholarships. We have been fortunate enough to receive grants from the Richard and Mary Morrison Foundation and the as well as the Frank J. Antun Foundation as well as raising funds through our fundraising events to enable us to support many riders. This is an ongoing mission and an ongoing need.  A riding scholarship donation enables a student to ride, pays the instructor and covers the cost of using one of our wonderful horses.  Our lesson cost is $50 per half-hour lesson, but we are happy to accept donations in any amount to assist the student scholarship fund.
